The location is exceptionally nice and decent, plus there was a free parking. Emniyet - Fatih tube station is within 5 minutes' walk. The standard double room overlooks courtyard and includes an electric kettle and refrigerators.

Their breakfast is very poor, can be better.

Our experience here was fine. Liked how well presented and well-organized the property was. Every member of staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel had a central location near a shopping mall. It was near Salloura Oglu, where you can have dinner.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

The standard double room I got was included with a nice balcony as well as a terrace. The location was central, next to the historical city center, metro and tram line and the public transport.

I've booked standard queen room with terrace and everything was perfect. I loved that they had a terrace, a safe box, and a balcony.

The staff are helpful and caring and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Its rooms are well-equipped and nice modern with a nice view, a nice balcony plus terrace for a good stay.

Overall clean and the staff was excellent co-operating. Double room with terrace, a nice balcony plus a nice view was ready when we checked-in. The position of the hotel was peaceful and magnificent, very close to the tram. Appreciated the downstairs bar.

Very helpful and excellent co-operating staff, the breakfasts are very very good with different food. Its location is peaceful & amazing, near to restaurants, shops, and both Metro and Tram, a big shopping center/Historia Shopping and Life Center, and all the attractions.

I recently stayed at Ottoman's Life Hotel Deluxe for a short holiday in Istanbul. The hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. The cleanliness of both the hotel and the rooms was impeccable, and the facilities, including the gym and spa, were excellent. The staff were polite and went above and beyond to assist me. A special thanks to Fatih Kaplan for his extra assistance and the delightful birthday cake surprise. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the tram.

Everything is great here, had a fantastic stay on vacation. We stay in double room quite often, it is wonderful and new-fashioned. The location is magnificent, and the staff is really kind and courteous. There is a very nice restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from hotel.
